S.M.S.L - SH-6

SMSL SH-6 is a brand new mini desktop headphone amplifier in a compact form factor. It is equipped with SMSL's Ultra-Low Distortion Linear Feedback Circuit that enables it to produce a tremendously clean output signal with ultra-low distortion and high SNR ratings. The SMSL SH-6 has been engineered with the highest quality of audio components to deliver pristine audio. SH-6 has been equipped with an ultra-low noise power supply so that the output noise is as low as 1.3uV. Sh-6 also features a high precision low-temperature drift resistor which allows the device to operate optimally at any temperature. You also find high-quality relays and pop-free noise circuitry design to elevate the performance even further.

SMSL SH-6 is a powerful and clean headphone amplifier. It houses a 6.35mm headphone output with a tremendously powerful output rating of up to 2.6W at 16Ω of load. At 32Ω of headphone load, the SH-6 achieves 1.3W of output power rating adequate to drive demanding headphones with ease. This power makes it possible to use sensitive IEMs and even full-sized headphones. The device has a 2-level gain switch, the low gain has 0dB gain, and the high-gain provides 15.5dB of signal gain.

The SMSL SH-6 is built with precision and high-quality materials. The external casing is made of metal with CNC integrated milling process to offer a super sturdy chassis. The device adopts a classic retro design with toggle switches on the front. Both the on/off and Gain switches have toggle knobs. There is a classically inspired toggle switch for two gain settings, high gain for 15.5dB and low for 0dB. This makes it possible to toggle between the desired gain setting at will.
